5 A LUXURIOUS BATHROOM

You’ll really, really love this part of the studio! We went to the extreme to make the bathroom truly luxurious and elevated – starting with a beautiful herring bone tile pattern on the walls, all new large size stone floor tiles, floor-to-ceiling wall tiles, a chic toilet and sink set, a counter (in the studio bathroom!), and a luxury shower set.

There is also a concealed tank-based water heater that gives hot water to the sink, shower, and faucet. 

(TLDR: The bathroom was laid out to prioritize space and was accomplished by relocating the pipes for the washer dryer to the kitchen, and by replacing the regular door with a sliding pocket door)
