6 ENDLESS STORAGE AND PARKING SPACE

There’s no need to downsize your stuff!  You won’t find any problem finding somewhere to put everything.  As mentioned, we asked the pros to figure out storage in a studio unit , and they truly overdelivered.  There is space for large items (including a guitar, golf clubs, or a large suitcase), tons of regular sized items: pillows, blankets, winter/travel clothes, umbrellas, bags, collectibles, sports items like rackets and balls, electronics and just all the usual stuff we need.  On top of that, there’s separate cabinetry for your broom, vacuum, rags, mop, cleaning materials, etc. 

Aaaand, there’s more – there’s dedicated cabinetry above the washer-dryer (yes, the unit comes with the washer-dryer) for your laundry essentials: laundry nets, laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, etc. 

And, no, that’s not it, there’s more storage to see when you visit – including long, three level, open shelving that can be used to display collectibles, books, or art! There’s even above the head shelving for wine/alcohol in the hallway! 

We nearly forgot to mention the bathroom storage both under the counter, in the medicine cabinet behind the mirror and open upper shelving, there’s just so much storage everywhere!  You will have space for everything, including your car!

Both parking space and unit are conveniently located near the elevator making it easy to lug your groceries or other heavy items.

(TLDR: The unit comes with a one-car parking slot. The parking slot is located right by the elevator. The unit is also located close to the elevator, so there’s very little walking to and from inside your car to the condo unit.)
