8 THAT FEELING OF SPACE

You will have a wonderful space to come home to – to unwind, relax, and reset. The studio, while fully functional, is designed primarily to feel larger and relaxing.  Through the thoughtful design of retaining the line of sight from the door to the window, the studio feels much larger than it is. 

As you enter, a full-size mirror on the wall will immediately give an extra feeling of space even in a studio. 

Then, we took the liberty of preparing you a little wall mounted ‘drop-zone’ for your keys, coins and wallet.  Every time you walk in you’ll be able to see right through to the window as you take a breath to relax from a long day’s work, and settle in to your resting space.  

(TLDR: This light, airy feeling was difficult to achieve with all the functionality built in. By building long, custom wall mounted shelves that point the eyes to the window,  the longest straight line space of the unit was kept free of obstruction to let in light and let the user fully enjoy the visible space.  One wall remained ‘light’ and minimalist as a counter-balance to the functionality and space maximization in the opposite side.)
